About Aliplast
Aliplast is a Corialis Group company headquartered in Belgium with around 2,600 employees at five locations. Aliplast has been manufacturing aluminum doors and windows since 1984.
The company develops and produces sustainable aluminum solutions for modern living, including windows, doors, facades, and conservatories. The products combine functional strength with aesthetic precision and place particular emphasis on recyclability, insulation efficiency, and environmental compatibility. The company was looking for a new way to organize its output documents, also to comply with the new EU directives. For this reason, it contacted MJR as a partner of InterForm at the beginning of 2025.
Decision for InterForm
Aliplast was already convinced after seeing the first demo of the InterForm Output Management solution. A major advantage was the platform independence of the solution. This meant that the InterForm solution could be connected to their Iptor ERP without any problems. It was the first implementation with InterForm and Iptor that time.
Our project begins
Our expertise and experience convinced Aliplast in the following to start the project. And there should be not much waste of time for the implementation either. So MJR did establish the first documents for Aliplast. But within a very short time, Aliplast has already produced further documents independently with the help of training courses and the InterForm help.
They have built up 11 documents very quick, in under four months in InterForm. And in just some weeks the first document did Go-live on their system. For the next step the e-Invoice with the UBL (Universal Business Language) format was created and is about to be published soon. So they were able to create even sophisticated document templates with the help of the InterForm designer.
