Last week we had another team meeting – the first in 2025, and here is a brief overview of the program and activities.
Thursday
For the first time this year, the entire team met again for a two-day team meeting. This time, the meeting took place in our conference room in the Knittlingen office.
Around 9 a.m., when everyone had gathered in the conference room, our CEO Michael Raber opened the day with his presentation. He gave us an overview of general topics, customer projects and other internal news. We then continued with an update from Jan Philipp Raber on some new and existing customers.
After the lunch break at Clubhaus 1920 we went to Pforzheim into theGasometer. The exhibition “Amazonia” by artist Yadegar Asisi is currently taking place there. We ended the day together with delicious Asian food at Wok On Fire.
Friday
On Friday, Yusef gave us an overview of the development of our first project with Infor AI. For our long-standing customer Bernecker, this is essentially about being able to better plan and control forecasts for materials and components with the help of AI. Julia then gave the team an overview of current marketing activities and an outlook for the current year 2025.
After lunch, there was some time for colleagues to work together on current projects or talk about general things over a cup of coffee. Some of the colleagues went to the nearby ice cream parlor to enjoy an ice cream together in the sun. Some team members were still active in the afternoon and went for a game of basketball or a walk. We ended the day with a dinner together at the Gasthaus Faust in Knittlingen.
